No, no no, to seriously slit one's wrists, then one cuts down, with the flow, not across the streams. While it's a great photograph, it does give comfort and support to the pathologically narcissistic who imagine threats of suicide are the means to being the absolute focus of all attention. The image might be poetically graceful, but it's hell to deal with jn real life when someone you love is similarly narcissist.
